Folkudvar at Kapolcs, Hungary – courtyard of folk tradition - Valley of the Arts Festival

This courtyard venue at the 25th Valley of the Arts Festival is hosted by award winning dancer István Berecz and the Hungarian Folk(music) Embassy in an ongoing effort to popularize Hungarian folk tradition!

The organizers' idea for this festival venue is to create a community space where anyone can come and get to know the unique and exciting sides of  folk music, folk dance, traditonal crafts, customs and food! A relaxed atmosphere for those interested in the dance house movement - as well as those who might just fall in love with folk culture. 10 days of ongoing all day folk programs designed for anyone and everyone.
