Opening in September

Before the first opening dance house, we pre-opened by filling the press house in the Etyek vineyards with music on the first weekend of September. More here

On Wednesday, September 14th we open the season with the Tükrös and Tokos bands and a dance house - launching the Fonó Wednesdays series   more here

Dance instruction begins the following Wednesday with dances of Magyarszovat (Transylvania) taught by Enikő Kocsis and Dezső Fitos   more here.

On September 16th and 17th we celebrate Mihály Borbely’s 60th and Béla Ágoston’s 50th birthdays. On both nights their fellow musicians, friends and students will join them on the stage for this illustrious occasion

September continues with the first Berka Ensemble Moldavian and string band dance house, and the Transylvanian musicians club.

At the end of the month our guest will be Pearly Cloud an American-Hungarian formation – a new trio who have already played a lot here in Hungary and overseas as well . more here
